To expedite the approval process, please send the following supporting documents to SiTF within 7 days of submitting this form. A copy of the updated business listing of your organisation filed with the Registrar of Companies and Business (RCB) showing the paid up capital, shareholding and directors

• A copy of the latest audited financial report of your company
• Cheque payment of the fees, made to 'Singapore infocomm Technology Federation' *

All companies will have to pay an entrance fee of $1000 (exclusive of GST) and a yearly subscription fee based on the fee structure. * For guidance on the fees payable, please refer to our fee structure.
